Along with a healthy diet and adequate sleep, it is highly recommended to exercise for at least 30 minutes three times per week to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

However, at times during the course of exercise an injury may occur such as a sprain or fracture, or you may begin over time to experience gradually increasing pain over the course of weeks, months, or years of training until exercise becomes difficult or impossible.
